3/11/06-Milwaukee, WI:  Bante Design LLC is proud to introduce the "Designing the Life of Your Dreams...From the Outside In" series of workshops to their growing list of design and lifestyle workshops.  This 4 part (or all weekend) series brings together goal-setting and prioritizing your life by utilizing feng shui, clutter-clearing and healthy home principles.  We literally create the life we'd like to lead with the help of interior design!  The series consists of exploration of your life's goals and dreams and then prioritizing them.  Feng Shui and how it applies to our space and the 9 Life Areas (their location and how to activate them) are discussed next, while part 3 is all about Clutter (why we have it and how to get rid of it!).  We delve in-depth to our attachment to our stuff and how it affects us mentally, emotionally and physically.  For the grand finale we discuss healthy home tips and how to detox our space and ourselves by learning how to adjust our thinking and shopping habits.  Then we get to put everything together and work on the most important room in the house: the Bedroom! (Although we focus on the bedroom, everything learned can be applied to any space).

This series combines the most popular classes Bante Design LLC offers with practical advice on taking control of your life and steering it towards the life you dream of.

1/29/06-Milwaukee, WI: Bante Design LLC is very proud to announce 4 new workshops for 2006. This year's offerings also include 3 specifically for kids (age range 12-18 yrs old)! Design, clutter/organizing and creating the bedroom of your dreams (literally) are the themes of the new year. These workshops are in addition to the 20+ seminars already offered. 

Feng Shui for Kids: Here we talk of the history of feng shui, the bagua board and how to apply the colors and principles to their personal space. Organizing, color, goal-setting and basic space-planning are all discussed in this workshop. Feng shui is made fun, understandable and easy to apply for kids who want to learn more about this 5000 year old design philosophy.

Designing the Bedroom of Your Dreams-Kid's Version: This new seminar is for the "budding" designer who wants to express themselves (while NOT ruining walls!) in their bedrooms. We talk basic color theory and space-planning and how to "rebel" and make your personal statemnet through accessories without stressing out and scaring your parents. We also discuss healthy/natural alternatives for kids who have allergies, health issues or are environmentally conscious.

(De)Cluttering for Kids: Due to the popularity of Organizing Your Inner Pack Rat for adults, this seminar was developed for the children of "clutter-aholics". Many participants were bringing their kids to seminars as the parents saw their kids copying their pack-rat tendencies. So, this seminar is devoted to the kids! We talk about the WHYS of keeping items past their usefulness or age appropriateness and HOW we can let go and move forward. Basic organizing skills are also discussed to make their spaces more efficient and useful for them and to teach them skills that they will use into adulthood.

1 new ADULT workshop for 2006!!

Designing the Bedroom of Your Dreams-Adult Version: Are you not sleeping well at night? Want to bring the romance back? This new workshop can help you with this and more. We discuss color theory and why the colors in your bedroom maybe causing you to lose sleep. Space-planning issues are talked abour (are you sleeping in the "death position") and how to correct them. And proper accessorizing of this space is talked about at length to bring about the proper mood for sleeping and romance. Healthy home principles also play a big part in bedroom design to bring about a good night's sleep. Aromatherapy, feng shui and choosing the right fabrics, flooring and furnishings will also be touched on to give you the healthiest and "dreamy-ist" night's sleep you can achieve!

Bante Design LLC is headed by DeAnna Radaj, an interior designer who specializes in residential and retail design that incorporates healthy home design principles and the ancient art of feng shui. Ms. Radaj is a national speaker on topics ranging from Healthy Home design for all family members (children, adults and pets!), feng shui, easy design tips and trends and exploring a problem most of us have...CLUTTER (why we have it and how to "get rid of it"!). Ms. Radaj writes for Sustainable Style magazine, and has been featured in M, Milwaukee Home, MKE and frequently in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
