Furniture, Color Scheme & Custom Window Treatments-We work with incredible carpenters, upholsterers & seamtress - to design the PERFECT piece of furniture to suit your space & window treatments that provide privacy, frame your views and/or coordinate with your decor. We also provide Color Consultations where we come with a paint color deck and design the PERFECT color scheme for your space. Color chips are also provided for you to take to your painter, or if you have Bante Design coordinate the painter, that you have for your file.

Bante Design states that their design philosophy is Integrative Lifestyle Design...What exactly IS that? Integrative Lifestyle Design is a fusion of Eastern (Feng Shui) and Western (eco-friendly, healthy home) design philosophies while taking into account our taking into our account our client's needs, goals and lifestyle requirements. We take pride in designing spaces that are beautiful, healthy and supportive to all of the space's uses. We work with many clients who have mental and/or physical disabilities, we use ILD to help increase life quality in ALL their spaces.
What was the inspiration behind the creation of Bante Design? Bante Design was created after a "mid 30s crisis" when I felt there had to be more to life than what I was doing...so after some soul-searching, I sat down and figured out what my passions were, what I really enjoyed doing & what I wanted to be "remembered" for...Bante Design actually started out, after taking a year off of work & going back to school to get my interior design degree, as strictly a design consulting company! I wanted to create beautiful spaces! To start building a client base, I started offering workshops, this was not the main focus at first. However, as the workshops became more popular, I was traveling all over the country doing workshops, that's when we started building the WEBINAR offerings. This also led to being able to do WEB consulting. The books came about due to clients asking for something to "take home" with them and study and/or refer back to. The columns and other writings came from the recognition of the books. The radio shows are an extension of the workshops & writings, another way to reach another audience in another medium. Eden Place Productions, the media division, was created to keep all of the TV, radio shows and soon to be out recorded workshops-project for 2010. 3E Products, the products division, was started to offer our clients eco-friendly & healthy cleaning products that incorporate Feng Shui principles that ANYONE can use-whether you're "into" Feng Shui or not. They are FABULOUS-bias aside, they work great, smell even better & have a purpose...PLUS they are OK to use for and around ALL occupants of the space: adults, kids, babies, the elderly and pets! This whole process has taught me that you must ALWAYS be open to new opportunities, learn whenever you can aboutwhatever you can as you never know when you'll need that skill & listen and adapt to what your client's needs are. Stay on top of trends and react accordingly.
What is the difference between an interior DESIGNER and an interior DECORATOR? This site has the best answer. Most (DeAnna is an interior DESIGNER and offers full interior design services).
Bante Design offers so many services, products & programs...Why? We try to appeal to as wide a customer base as possible. Between the workshops, consultation offerings & ways in which they can be done, the radio shows, columns, books & other articles AND the products, I feel achieve this. Now that we have more and more program offerings (platinum, project pricing, hourly...), I think we achieve this. EVERYONE deserves a beautiful & healthy space.

DeAnna Radaj, host of the show & owner of Bante Design LLC, has been dubbed "the House Whisperer" as she can enter a space and help to tweak (or remodel, re-design) the space to work better to suit its function AND the lifestyle of the occupants of the space. Using ILD, life quality can be increased AND be supportive to any transitions occuring, lifestyle changes or health challenges. She is a nationally recognized speaker on healthy home design, color therapy/theory, psychology of clutter for adults and children, and a variety of business topics for the individual, small business owner and entrepreneur. A graduate of Marquette University with a degree in Marketing (double minor in Psychology & Political Science), she also has a degree in Interior Design from MATC. Her 15+ years as Operations and Marketing Director for the Nature of Things stores has resulted in numerous design challenges in the development of store spaces of a variety of sizes, custom product development and merchandising strategies. She has trained clients on coaching employees, sales, merchandising and marketing/public relations.
